The nose is one of the most prominent features of the human face. For many people, it is simply a part of their good looks; while others, it can be a constant sign of embarrassment.
This procedure is performed on an outpatient basis under IV sedation or general anesthesia.  Incisions are made inside the nostrils or at the collumela.   The nasal bones, cartilage and soft tissue envelop are reshaped to improve the external contour.  Large nostrils may be reduced through tiny incisions at the outer base of the nostrils.
